Deeply rooted in service, Rock has spent nearly 20 years as the owner and Master Barber of Rock Boyz Barbershop, formerly AJ's Barbershop, a cornerstone of the community, delivering quality haircuts and services to generations of clients. It was at the barbershop that the inspiration for his nonprofit, Rock-In-Hood, took shape. The Rock-in-Hood Foundation is on a mission to serve as a catalyst for self-esteem and self-confidence of youth in underserved communities.
